Area recreation activities include both Summer and Winter sports such as snowmobiling to the "Caribou Hills" as an individual or as a group. Local guided snowmobile trips are available by reservation which include snow machines. Horse back riding on the beach, clam digging, or trail hiking are all fun things to do.
Fish for saltwater king salmon or halibut out of Homer, Seward, Deep Creek or Anchor Point. Charter services for both are offered by local guides. Bank fishing is available on the Russian, Kenai, Kasilof, Ninilchik and Anchor Rivers. Also on Crooked Creek and Deep Creek. |
