Thank you for your interest in "The Guest House - Rentals." You'll be staying in comfort while enjoying the beautiful Alaska wilderness of this country setting conveniently located between both the Kenai and Kasilof Rivers.

You may reserve one of three units which are available year round with reduced winter rates. Two of which are 2 bedroom units and will accommodate up to 5 people. Or, reserve the studio apartment downstairs in the "Main House" which has a separate entrance with sliding glass doors and a view of my beautiful garden. The "Studio" will accommodate up to 3 people.

The cost for each 2 bedroom unit is $125.00 per night for the first two people and $25.00 per night for each additional person (up to 5 people). The "Studio" is $75.00 per night for the first two people and $25.00 per night for the third person. Single rates are $90.00 per night for a 2 bedroom unit and $65.00 per night for the "Studio". A 30% deposit is required within 30 days of making your reservations, with the balance due on arrival.

All units have full kitchens and full baths, a living and dining area, full size refrigerators which are stocked with a "first morning" complimentary breakfast. This includes: coffee, juice, milk, eggs, bread, butter, jam and cereal or pancake mix. Coffee is stocked throughout your stay. There is a gas grill outside for your favorite Bar-B-Q's. All units are complete with linens, utensils, cookware, coffee makers, microwaves, TV & VCR's. House keeping is done daily. Washer and dryer may also be available.

There is a fish packing table onsite and freezer space available for $5.00/day per group. For fishing, sightseeing, and recreational activities, please click on the links below.

Directions To "The Guest House-Rentals":
Go South towards Homer from Soldotna 3.6 miles. Turn right on Echo Lake Road. Go 1.1 miles. Turn left on Granny Ave. (formerly Ann Ave.). Stay to the left and turn left at Etah Maku Way. Go up the steep hill and as you start down again, "The Guest House - Rentals" will be on your right.
